Re: For Sale: 2011 Leaf SL - $7,000 - Original Owner - 12/12 bars on replaced traction battery

Leaf DD must indicate a different figure for SOH than does LeafSpy. Once the SOH (as indicated by LeafSpy) drops to 84%, the 12th bar drops.

It could be using the value that is now called Hx in Leaf Spy. My 11 bar '13 Leaf was recently at AHr 54.04, SOH 82.63% and Hx 76.67%.

I'd previously pointed to some historical posts about SOH and Hx at http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.p ... 64#p497564.

Hx does seem to be a likely candidate.

I bought an ODBII BT adapter and LeafSpy to see what the SOH would be on that.

It's showing 84.45%. There are still 12 bars showing on the dashboard.

If I didn't already have mine I would buy it and have it shipped to NM.

ISTR a discussion in which someone said that LeafDD's SOH corresponds to LeafSpy's Hx.

If derkraut's LeafDD "capacity" 56.21 is LeafSpy's AHr, then his LeafSpy SOH would be 56.21/62=90.5%, consistent with 12 bars on his dashboard.[1]

mikeEmike's LeafDD capacity is apparently 54.0194, the only number on those three photos that's in the right range, making his LeafSpy SOH 54.0194/62.1=87.0%.[1]

[1] LeafSpy's SOH is AHr/62.1, based on my own LeafSpy's AHr=58.87 SOH=94.80%
