Our Blink charger is on the blink ('failure of self-test') and although Ecotality answers their phone, they won't schedule a repair visit because of their bankruptcy. Does anyone know of any other solutions or recourse?

The thread below will show you how to get it charging again without the smarts working, but if there's an actual physical problem causing the self-test failure, it might not help.

If your Blink unit is connected with a plug (usually NEMA 6-50) a low-cost backup and/or permanent alternative is to have your original Nissan-supplied "trickle" charge cord upgraded by EVSE Upgrade. The cost for this is around $300 and it's plug-and-play. Just be sure to purchase the NEMA 6-50 outlet adapter (verify your outlet type).
