I emailed Blink for support because my touchscreen no longer responds when touched. My unit works just fine otherwise. They sent me the reply below. Is it true that they project is over? I'm not interested in paying to have this repaired. Does this mean I can disable the unit and not have to worry about sending stats to Blink any more?

Thank you for contacting Blink Network. We make every effort to address every email within a reasonable time frame. In regards to your issue, your unit is no longer under warranty as the EV Project has ended as of 12/31/2013. What this means is that Blink is no longer responsible for the fees associated with repairing your unit. We have created a service ticket for your unit which is CAS-94964. An account specialist will be in touch with you to discuss your options as far as referring you to an authorized EVSE contractor to repair the unit, or possibly upgrading to the BlinkHQ and receiving a discount and rebate on the purchase price upon return of your former unit. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for choosing Blink Network and enjoy the rest of your day!

Yes, the project is over and Blink is no longer responsible for free support. If you want, you can disable it as described elsewhere here, but if it is only the touchscreen, it is probably easier to simply ignore it as long as it is still working otherwise.

Haha, I had no idea the program was already done. I didn't get it until October of 2012. I was thinking about disabling it to reduce the vampire energy usage of the charger. Other than that I suppose it still works just fine.
