Good point! Although, this really was just intended as a source of information to people looking for devices, I agree a quick nod to the man to started it all is appropriate. Added the first post I could find on the subject of canbus decoding to the top.

I agree, Turbo2ltr's initial successful work at finding meaning in the CAN data
provided the inspiration for us to log all the data and write CAN-Do to explore
the data, initially for meaningful charging-related and energy-related data values.
His early verification of our findings, and then his later thoughtful release
of all of his hard-won knowledge has been very helpful, indeed.

The latest firmware update for the SOC/GID-Meter
allows brightness control, and
displays the 4 tire pressures.
