There's no more PGE solar PV rebate. It ended sometime during last Friday. There was a mad stampede on Friday, 4 times larger than any other day. I suspect that one of the big companies figured a way to hog the last of the rebates for themselves. I'm gonna watch the CSI rebate list and see who it was.
