Tue Sep 09, 2014 2:54 pm

Hello Dear Leaf fellows.
I would like share some info about an agrement in 2009 or 2010 between ontario goverment and nissan canada for the infrastructure of fast charging stations in ontario. Money was allocated. It was Mr. Dalton Mcguinty. I dont know where the money gone. Anyway we as leaf owner need to arrange a protest for the L3 charging station in Ontario.
I have leaf 2013.
21month with 48000km.
No loss of charge bar.

My guess is the government does not want to build or administer a charging network regardless of what they decided in the past. Really though I think Nissan needs to be more aggressive in a charging network build out. If they don't they will have lots of leaf owners jumping ship to tesla and their supercharging network in 2017 with the release of a lower cost Tesla. There are rumours that Nissan and other car manufacturers may get access to the supercharging network in some way in the future so maybe this is what is happening behind the scenes.
