Memphis is a forgotten city when it comes to public chargers. I've had my Leaf for over a year (14k miles) and have never gotten to use a public charger. Most of the few "public" ones on the charging maps are actually private businesses or for hotel guests only. A 10-space solar powered EV charging station at a desirable destination around town is a very welcome sight.
