The Chicago Tribune had a recent article on the litigation/status regarding the settlement and build out of the defunct L3 chargers.

Try "Chicago Tribune article on L3 chargers for electric vehicles," on Google and you should have access to the story. (I don't know how to actually post the article, but if someone here does, have at it!!)
