Grabby brakes on 2012 Leaf

Sat Mar 28, 2015 12:02 pm

Does anyone else have the problem of brakes grabbing at low speeds? It happens to me in Drive and Eco, and it seems to be getting worse. It's like they go from working normally to just slamming on. It feels very digital.

I'm taking mine in to the Autobarn in Evanston on Wednesday to see what they can do. I've heard that there might be a Technical Service Bulletin for this.

Thanks Stoaty! I'm going to go in anyway but with low expectations. Lol. My lease is up at the end of 2015 through, so I'll be in the new tech after that.

I've had the updates and still get the problem. A cold battery and old tires exacerbate the problem.
