Georgia 2 Leafs 2x$5k Tax Credits?

Anyone have any insight on whether you can get 2x $5k tax credits for 2 leafs in the same year? My situation: Leaf #1 lease is up this month. I already got the $5k for it on 2012 taxes. I'm strongly considering leasing Leaf #2 and Leaf #3 this year - do I get $10k tax credits to apply next year to my 2015 GA Taxes? Assuming less than 10k liability can I take what I have and then roll over the rest? (i.e. 7000 liability in 2015 so take 7k credit and then 3k in 2016?)

If anyone has the answer or can tell me who to contact I'd appreciate it!

Doesn't look like there are any quantity limits, and the credit can be rolled forward for 5 years...

I bought 2 Leafs in GA and successfully got the tax credits for both. I had to roll over some of the 2nd credit for my 2015 taxes.
