I was at Bruce Bennett Nissan in Wilton CT to try out their new L3 charger (70 amps, 396 volts) and he told me that CT has passed a $3,000 cash rebate, effective within the next few weeks. Great news - with the federal tax credit, now buying in CT is worth $10,500.
