I'm not sure who to ask or where to look on the Kirkland website, but maybe someone here knows if the City of Kirkland charges permits to have a home EVSE installed? Better yet, does anyone know if the City of Kirkland will actually grant financial assistance to install one?

Any rebate would come from the electrical utility. PSE was offering one for awhile, not sure if they still do--and I'm not sure who the provider is for Kirkland.
