Hey folks! Brand new to the site and the Leaf too. I have had it for two weeks now and I am wondering how hard it is to remove the factory Bose "subwoofer" thats bolted down in the trunk, and would that cause any issues with the rest of the speakers functioning? I know Bose likes to make everything all inter-dependent so I am hoping I can remove it without affecting everything else. I can't hear it AT ALL so I am going to install an amplifier and a real sub in the next few weeks. Thanks for any advise, tips, or tricks you may know of. Cheers!

Either you like more bass than usual, or there is a problem with the car's system. Sometimes the speaker polarity is connected wrong and that kills the bass. Anyway, I have unbolted the subwoofer but have never tried the system with it disconnected, but I too think it won't work like that.
