Is there a phone app to get info from the car alarm going off?

Hi again.

So I still have the problem of the car alarm randomly going off (of course especially when I am asleep!).

There's nothing the Nissan dealer can do.

They told me to install the Nissan Connect app that would have told me, when the car alarm goes off, what's going on, what does the car "think" is the reason, a door opened, etc., so they would know where to put their hands.

However, the Nissan app doesn't send out any info about the car alarm, not even when it goes off.

Do you know if there's any other Leaf app that can help with that?

When the alarm goes off I need to know the reason why it went off.

Check the 12 volt battery. Look at the cells, and top off any low ones with distilled water. Have it tested and see if it is failing.

More importantly, measure the voltage of the 12 volt after its sat overnight. I've had a 2013 Leaf since July 2013. I've never had the alarm got off randomly in either my former 2 year leased Leaf nor the used one I bought in July 2015.
