Hi Everyone,
I got my 17 Leaf SL a month ago, and I still couldn't figure out how to set it up properly. As the result, I am here to seek professional advice on how to set it up, so I can get the fancier app interface shown in the advertisement.

What I have worked out?
1. Website user portal all setup and is able to request update from car.
2. Car is also connected to the server and able to get charging station update from server.
3. Email notification works but text doesn't work.
4. App signed in fine, but doesn't show any fancy interface. Moreover, it shows disconnect on the top right to the vehicle.
5. Able to use USER PORTAL in the app to get update like website version.

What should I do to get the below interface?

Many thanks!

Your screenshots are from Android yet https://imgur.com/a/rFgaR is from iOS.

Maybe you installed the wrong app? I'm assuming you're in North America. If so, I think https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aqsmartphone.android.nissan&hl=en is right one and it appears to be the one installed on my Android phone. I almost never use NissanConnect EV from Android. I use it on my iOS device (an iPhone 6).

However, I just confirmed the Android NissanConnect EV app works for me and was able to retrieve the status of my car.

You are very right about it. I didn't know there are 2 Nissan ConnectS, and I have been trying to work it out with Nissan normal vehicle's version. What a silly mistake, and thank you very much for pointing it out!

May be little relevent to post here.

I cannot get Pandora app to work on 2017 Nissan Connect apps. I have also seen posts, it used to work in the past. Is this disabled now with the new version. Is Nissan going to enable Pandora / iHeartRadio in future?

Any thoughts? I wish if Pandora was available. (Why if these are not available on 2017 Leaf?)

From the research I have done the only app available on the LEAF is Google Search and, having finally gotten it to work in my car, I found that even that is restricted to only travel related topics. It's pretty bad.

I think the OP installed https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nissan.nissanconnect&hl=en which may not work properly w/Leaf.
