SOH sounds plausible. We don't know where that person commuted to. It could've been to a hotter part of the Bay Area, or not. They may not have taken great care of their battery and US Leafs beyond model year '13 don't have the charge to 80% feature.

Car's probably not a reset. SOH is sufficient for 12 bars still.

I'm not at my car right now but Leaf Spy (disconnected) shows
AHr: 55.60
SOH 85.01%
Hx: 80.23%
odo: 54,944

This is for my used 5/2013 built '13 Leaf that was serviced IIRC around Santa Clara that's 1 bar down. I live and work in a hotter part of the SF Bay Area. Since it's a '13, it doesn't have the "lizard" battery. I try to baby my battery except on Fridays and Saturdays.

My SOH over a period of a few weeks can vary from around 83.xx% to 86.xx% or so. I lost my 1st capacity bar in Nov 2017 (http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.p ... 15#p511915).

Glancing thru my logs, I only have them back to Oct 2016. I was seeing SOH of 85 to 88% from then until it stopped getting as high as 87% around 6/15/17.
