Hi,
New to the forum and probably looking for best practices and few questions at this time. First time EV owner.

Background:
Purchased a 2014 Leaf S (02/14 manufacture) with 27K miles
Was in storage for 1+ years
Battery charges to full 12 bars for now, shows 85-89 miles with full charge
Has DC and 6.6 KW charger onboard
Battery scan report shows 90% SOC

Questions:
1) How can battery scan report show 90% SOC but it still charges and gives almost full original range/12 bars?
2) How can I used Nissan Connect or Leaf Manager, do I need subscription

Appreciate the help, thanks.

The battery always charges to somewhat less than full. Are you sure you mean "SOC" and not "SOH"? The latter sounds right for a 2014 that was stored with much less than a full charge. If you want a full charge, you have to let it charge until all the charging lights turn off, and then you might see 94% or so.

It always will, unless you develop some problem where charging prematurely stops.

The fuel bars will go to 12 regardless of how many capacity bars you have.
