Newbie from North Florida

Hello world, this is my first post. Finally got the email that said I could get a place in line, so I paid my $99 last weekend and scheduled the required Aerovironment home assessment for early October (only days available to me apparently), although I understand that Nissan may sell the car anyway if I have a private electrician install the home charging station, correct? Live near Tallahassee, looking forward to owning a Leaf!

You could have waived the inspection completely as many of us have done.
Personally, I'm looking closely at the SPX EVSE.......

Once I scheduled it, there's nothing I can do, correct? I already have a dryer vent plug in the garage, so I thought that might make a difference.

Not too late; you can cancel the appointment. I think most people on this board would advise you to save the $100.

Indeed. Get the EVSE upgrade, and use it with an adaptor, and you are set.

I called customer service and was able to cancel - THANKS for the great advice - I will keep reading on this site and keep learning.
