I wish

I just ordered my Leaf Saturday so I've been reading through the discussions here trying to get an idea of what to expect. From what I've read, it doesn't appear that Nissan keeps you very involved. I read that there's basically 3 notifications, when you get the month your car will be delivered, when your vehicle is issued a vin, and then you get a week. Is that really all there is? I wish they would give you more updates, I mean how hard could it really be to have it available online what stage of the build your vehicle is in? I think it would make the ordering experience that so much better if the customer was better informed. I'm sure it'll seem like a small blip after I get my car, but until then it's gonna drive me crazy just wondering.

Yeah, that's basically all there is. It would be nice if they made it better, but they didn't. However, you'll forget all that once you have a nice new LEAF in your driveway!
