Hi to all other soon to be LEAFers!

I drive CUV now which I love, but I will love being able to contribute to saving the environment as well not giving my money to gas companies even more!

Just had my assessment done and I can't wait to start ordering process. One thing I am not certain is what would be best to lease or to buy. I am sure there was a lot of discussion on this subject, but I just can't make up my mind. There are pros and cons to each.

I haven't been keeping up with the news can you update me what do you mean by EV Project? I did sign up here http://www.theevproject.com/sign-up.php if that's what you are referring.

Thanks!

Btw, I am definitely not the first one in the area. The tech said he had been doing a few of those in the past week all over Puget sound area. http://www.mcmullenelectric.com/

Remember, the "active" forum members (with at least one post) represent only about 1% of the pre-orders.

So, if we hear of ONE install, that can easily represent 100 installs (or, 1:50, or 1:25).

this forum seems to be the most active, I've been looking at a few others and they only get a few posts a week.

When you reserved Leaf, if you were eligible for EV Project (based on zip code) Nissan asked extra questions regarding the power situation of the house. Those are the people in EV Project (sometime also referred to as eTec or ECotality project). Did you get those questions ?

I beLEAF I was asked, but then it was a few month ago. What exactly does it mean if I was asked?

Then you could be considered for a free EVSE at home. Everyone being considered for the free EVSE have not been asked to do an assessment (since that will be handled by a different company ecotality, not AV).
