One thing interesting about the above is the answer of drivers and the perception of executives of the drivers.
 
Interesting study.

Back in November, Kelly Blue Book conducted a study of in-market buyers (as opposed to the "drivers" in the IBM study). For people actually in the market at the time, only 7% said that they would consider an EV.

Not really sure how the two statistical databases compare. IBM had a larger database (1,716 drivers), while KBB studied 219 active car shoppers.

In any case, 7% or 20%, certainly as more become aware of EVs, these numbers will only grow.

KBB study is quite different ... it is from self-selected website visitors.

Conducted in late October with input from 219 in-market shoppers who visited the site..
