Is it normal to see much larger cell differences when the battery is loaded?
When driving, it was showing a max cell difference of around 150mV. SOC around 80%
Very cold outside. (Battery temps about -10C)

When the car is idle, or charging, the cell voltages are very uniform (like 6-11mV typically)
