I'm not sure I understand. If you're talking about multiple unit installations, then there are several on Maui, and have been for quite some time:

Does anyone know if these will be dual standard stations with CCS and CHAdeMO?

Per an article at GCC:
In the initial phase, the aim is to install nearly 100 DC Fast charging ports across both coasts, with plans to expand the program to increase access to fast charging across the country. The installations will occur both within and between relevant metro areas, strategically spaced at a maximum of 50 miles (80 km) apart. Each fast charging location along the express charging corridors is expected to include up to two 50 kW DC fast chargers or 24 kW DC fast chargers with the SAE Combo connector. The 50 kW fast chargers will also have a CHAdeMO connector available, according to Volkswagen, while the 24 kW units will be SAE Combo only, at least to start.

Yes, they will be the 62.5kW Efacec with both CHAdeMO and CCS-Combo1 on the corridor routes, and the 20-25kW Bosch units with only CCS-Combo1 at destinations, like dealerships.

We added more CHAdeMO in the world in 56 days than all the SAE-CCS-Combo1 equipment ever installed:

124 new CHAdeMO chargers added in USA between 9 Jan 2015 and 6 March 2015:

Adding about 2-3 per day in the USA, and 8 per day worldwide !!!

Japan -- now 2819, was 2819 (obviously not updated)
Europe - now 1659, was 1327
USA ---- now 934, was 810
Others - now 55, was 54

5467 Worldwide (6 March 2015)
5010 Worldwide (9 January 2015)

Yeah, Plugshare's now showing 144 CCS in the U.S./Canada, and most of those appear to not be at dealers (don't know about your area), so the dual-standard ones should be a lot more useful.

Yeah oddly enough a lot of them are going in at hotels.. Which kind of perplexes me. Then 1 is at a restaurant, 3 more are at parking garages, and 1 went in at a gas station by a rest area on the highway. Going to go check the one out that is 14 miles from my house today to see if it is operational. Says coming soon, but so did the other one and it worked. Think they just plop them on there and figure when people use them it will get updated. Richmond, VA is getting a lot of Chademo/SAE combo as well. All of them appear to be getting installed by Green Lots.

Tesla's been putting a lot of SCs at hotels/motels lately. Seems they have some kind of deal with Holiday Inn Express. I agree that hotels/motels would seem to be odd choices for QCs, as you'd think they'd want to put in J1772s for overnight guests, but I don't think anyone's complaining. :D Anything's better than car dealerships with restricted access and hours.

Yes, most of the motels/hotels involved have attached or nearby restaurants. Did you mean something different? ;)
