2011 <-> 2011 "easy" battery swap?

I just dropped the pack and powertrain out of a totaled 2013 leaf using a pair of nissan leaf lowering rods I picked up off ebay. They made the daunting task; easy, safe, and fast...
Well worth thier price. They worked so well I'm looking at up cycling another totaled leaf...

My hope is that 3rd party practical experience will develop so I can take my 2011 LEAF for repair or refurb outside of dealers--using used parts or better yet, 3rd party improvements... Leading edge thinking in this thread and others stokes that gentle thought... It's a narrow market but captive forthcoming market...
 
Brenthasty: That's pretty slick! Maybe a bit over priced for what it is, but probably fair given the cost/risk of alternatives.
