My SOH has shown 83% since the day i leased the 2016 SV, don't know what to think about that, only 3,000 miles on it as of today.

well this is why I won't buy/lease or touch a LEAF without checking it out with LEAF Spy. What was the time frame from build to lease?

Amen

Manufacture Date 11/15 lease date 10/16 In Orlando, FL I now have Leaf Spy and will certainly check the next LEAF, unless I buy this one at the end of the 36 mo lease.

It likely spent all summer (and most of the year) on the dealer lot charged to 100%. That would explain the SOH of 83%.

I think this has been noted before but to add to discussion. The used 2013 manufactured 5/13 seems to have gained capacity a few weeks ago after drawing down the battery a few times. It now charges to 22 kWh, Ahr 66.17, SOH 100%, and Hx 101.45%. 284 Gids (103.6%). 28,756 miles, 59 QC's, and 1309 L1/L2's. This is a big change from my 2012. A very pleasant one. My guess is David Laur has some comments.

that is near normal stats!
GIDs = 77.5 w-h

My new pack was 284 GIDs, 22.7 kwh available, 67.36 ahr

Don't let these numbers get you in a bunch. On my 2013, build date 11/13, picked up 12/19/13

the last time I saw 284 GIDs on regular basis was Sept 17, 2014 at 15,796 miles

But as mentioned a TON before, those numbers can be boosted two ways. Multiple fast charges or deep discharges followed by full recharge done 4-5 days consecutively.

I did this twice (check blog link below for details)

including 7 straight days hitting 284 GIDs and 22 kwh available ending Jan 6 2016 at 31,258 miles. All done when averaging over 60 miles a day in Winter with 2 QC's (both for 100+ miles days) but both QCs happened when my GIDs were in the 275 range. I was averaging 267-270 GIDs before this run.

FYI; final stats turn in Veteran's Day 2016; 44,840.6 miles GIDs 262, kwh 20.2, ahr 60.30, Hx; 92.42
