I may have a blown heater fuse. So how many hours labor is it to replace a fuse? Does the entire battery pack have to be removed?

Since no one else has commented, thought I would. The battery pack does not need
to be removed, the resistor issue was when all the High Voltage was out.
The fuse is not a dealer replaceable item, they replace the DC/DC converter. I
have not seen any post where someone has replaced the fuse. The cut-away
picture that I have seen, I could not tell what held the fuse in place. It may not
be a simple holder that you just pull the fuse out of. Also not clear to me if there
was an extra cover plate over the fuses(3). The DC/DC is buried, so will take some work to
remove.

Only May 15th, I'll work with a local independent to take the box out and solder in a new fuse if needed.
The risk is whatever caused the fuse to go in the first place may still happen.

The dealer wants $4000 to replace the fuse, plus $1500 for the heater core.
Ugh. Who though it was a good idea to have fuses in a car that can't be replaced except with thousands of dollars in labor?

Here's the fuse:
