So I called multiple dealers to get an estimate on the Nissan Preferred Gold warranty and none of them called me back.
I will call again on Monday.

One guy did pick up and asked me to bring in my vehicle to even get an estimate. I couldn't come in but is that standard?
He was also selling a Nissan Leaf so idk.

Also, I was looking at my wheel bearing (I think that's the correct name) and they looked pretty rusted for only 10k miles.

Should this be something I should be worried about? If so do you know the cost to replace them?

The pic links didn't work. The wheel bearings are inside the hubs. Do you mean brake rotors? That's common now - they rust when the car sits. It's essentially harmless. There is an inspection for the Nissan warranty, but that's usually just a ($100) formality to make sure nothing is wrong with the car when the warranty is issued.
