I've been trying for about a month to access my driving records and so on from the Nissan website and the response has always been

"The service cannot be provided."

The URL is of the form

https://www.ev.nissanconnect.com/EV/connect/index[...]

I see that the website has been changed to look more like the phone (either Android or iOS) app, and the information I seek is available from the app, but that's not good for downloading.

Has anyone successfully accessed this information?

I've had the same results using Chrome since the update, but can access my records using I.E..

BTW, it took Nissan techs over a month to suggest I try this, while they continue to work on their problem...

I have also not been able to connect to get updates and no charge completed notifications since ~3/11.

Anyone else?

Nissan has given me no explanation or suggestions for that problem...

I'm on a Mac so don't have IE - neither Safari nor Firefox worked either.

That doesn't work for me, either, but this is the URL I always use and is working "fine" (normally slow): https://owners.nissanusa.com/nowners/

I've not gotten notifications for at least that long. Remote status does work for me, however.
 
I wasn't aware there were multiple URLs, but I have used the same one listed directly above (https://owners.nissanusa.com/nowners/) for many years now.
I have had no problems with driving records/updates/messages since I sorted out the TCM modem upgrade issues several months ago. Mobile app works fine also (although I miss the "bars" on the old app).
