Hello all, My cable to the charge hatch solenoid has been compromised (looks like it was loose and the friction at the solenoid cover rubbed it through). Aside from letting everyone know you might want to tie this down, does anyone have an approach to replace this piece? Bought the service...

Curious if anyone has found a guide to replacing the solenoid? Saw the mention of a rabbit, but in my case I am pretty sure that the cable was flapping and rubbed itself against the plastic cover on the solenoid. So have to replace, but as I have read, not a clear way to access.

Hello all, Our leaf (2014) has a mostly dead accessory battery. The battery is 6 years old, and I found the solar panel was pretty dirty. I also was out of town so the leaf was plugged in the entire time but not driven. To my question: Wondering if the panel will top off the battery enough...

Thank you for the replies. Was thinking about it last night, I might be in the market for a new leaf in the next few years, might work the new battery into the deal. That way one of our kids get's a nice town car.

Question on this, and this might not be the right tread. (It was as close as I could find) We have a 2014 leaf with 36,662 miles and 10 dots. (Just went from 11 last week). To the question, is it the exception or experience of others that the battery does or does not trigger the warranty...

Hello all, have been thinking about charging quite a bit, and heat since I live in Texas. I commute with my leaf about 20 miles a day (early morning, afternoon) I have the charge point charger, 15 amps I believe, installed and also the 110 volt charger. Have never needed a charging station...

Hmmm, that seems strange seeing that it only makes a 2 mile diff. Maybe the heater demands more.

One other question, the rings on the range display, what do the 2 range rings indicate? (Looked in the manual but it was not clear to me)
