We have been thinking a vynel whole car wrap to protect the body from dings n salt.
Since we can have any print we want, we are thinking making our leaf look like a star trek shuttle, since it is a fabulous 22nd century space shuttle.

We just fixed our with a bypass, took photos but this forum has no easy way to just attach them.
Basically we picked up 2 20$ PTC heater elements off eBay 200 watts each and pulled power off the driver side panel fuse box which has an open high power lug we tapped with a 30@ fuse and ran 10...

So I attempted this swap, and it is a good upgrade to a 6.6kw L2 charger, but the chademo on a S trim is persnickety as Nissan failed to include the needed logic connectors in the wiring harness to actuate the chademo port protocols.

I have the complete assembly from battery to charging dock all pre wired to the PDC like a spinal cord, this will make the swap easy since I will not have to open the PDC to undo/redo cable connections. plug n play.... the swap looks real straight forward, just need the time to get to it...
