    Eco Mode

Not sure - I'm new to all this. I just got mine last month in Atlanta.

    Eco Mode

That's strange - my 2015 model S has both ECO and the D/B option.

    Supplemental air bag warning light

This is also happening to me in my 2015 S with my 13yo son who weighs around 120 lbs. I'll be interested to hear what you dealer says...

    Eco Mode

The biggest problem with Eco mode for me is that I end up driving like an idiot when I go back to my ICE vehicle. My wife kept saying "what's wrong with you? Why are you peeling out from every stop?"

No more AZ plates, out of luck!

I've been wondering if Georgia is going to do this next. They've already shut off the Tax rebate for EVs and tacked on a $200 annual fee to make up for gas tax losses. Logical next step will be to remove our HOV privileges (no, I'm not bitter...)

2015 Leaf article on Autobytel - misinformation?

I was reading this article about the 2015 Leaf and saw a couple of statements that I question. Specifically, the bolded sections below: "The 2015 Nissan Leaf starts out in S trim, which comes with heated mirrors, power windows and door locks, 16-inch steel wheels, automatic climate control...

So, owners what range are you getting ?

Ahh.. good to know. Time to put on a coat and turn off the timer. :)

So, owners what range are you getting ?

I have a 2015 S and although I thought the new ones preheat from the plug and not the battery, I noticed that when I got into my toasty warm Leaf this morning, my battery was only at 97%, despite being plugged in all night (level 1). That said, I have noticed my morning charge normally varies...

    learning my range

Good point. I leave my Panasonic charger plugged in all the time since I don't use that outlet for anything else (it's a weatherized outdoor outlet) but I don't really know if there's anything else using that circuit. There shouldn't be since it's part of an unfinished basement, but you never...

    learning my range

It does but a) it's on the 2nd floor and b) it's got our dryer plugged into it. In a pinch, I suppose could unplug the dryer, throw the cord out the window (it does happen to be located directly above the parking pad), and then plug it all back in once I'm done, but I'm not sure if I can sell...

    learning my range

I wish I could, but I don't own my home and my landlord is not open to that sort of modification. I saw one of those Quick 220 systems, but I don't really know how reliable/safe those are.

    learning my range

Good idea -- I normally keep my tires firm but I haven't checked these since it's so new. Anyone know if it's a problem adding regular air to the tires if they're nitrogen filled? Air is mostly nitrogen anyway, but just thought I'd check.

    learning my range

I think the problem is that when I see something flashing, my first reaction isn't "hmm, maybe I should think about recharging," it's more like "Oh god, oh god, we're all going to die." Just another reason to ignore the GOM and instead notice the calm little yellow light that's saying, "psst -...

    learning my range

Actually, I did print that out but I have to admit that I was a little overwhelmed by the data (and I was a math minor in school!) I get the rows, but do I use the column that corresponds to my miles/kWh (mine is currently 3.4) or do I use the speed I plan to drive the rest of the way...

    learning my range

So, I had my first range-anxiety scare yesterday - after my regular commute, my wife wanted us to take the new car to my son's baseball game. I checked the GOM (I know, notoriously inaccurate) and it said 28 miles. Round trip to the park is 18 miles, so I figured I'd be good, especially since I...
