Does 2023 SV Plus have Homelink?

Any updates? We got the 2023 SV+ and looking to swap the mirror. It seems the Nisan Part is T99L1-5ZW16, I'll have to check If I can install it myself or it needs the accessory connection

Will 2023 Ariya and Leaf qualify for Tax Credit?

Would the LEAF qualify after 12/2022? I cannot find any information about their battery assembly and mineral content. I am still trying to buy one before the end of the year, but NorCal dealers are still asking thousands over MSRP and availability is very low.

    Prices in NorCal

Any tips how to get reasonably priced LEAF in NorCal? The two dealers in San Jose ask 10k over MSRP. Others are $4.5k to $7.5k over.

Bay area/Nocal dealers that take deposits or preorder forms to MSRP pricing?

I've asked in quite a few places and I hear well call you when we get cars. But no one will tell me what my spot on the line is or take a deposit.

    2023 US market Leaf

Good point alozzy and CJBROWN. Now I am convinced I want SV+, if only I can find one. Other than the bolt, it seems the logical choice among EV cars, excluding SUVs. The teslas and the Niro/Kona are too expensive.

Has anyone found more details on the proposition 65 warning on the driver side window? Which chemicals are concerned and where do they come from? How long will they be emitted for? Is there a link to Nissan document somewhere? Here is what the manual says: CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING...

Sacramento SMUD Reduced Rate - Makes Zero Sense

Yes, some of those rates are hard to figure out. There are all kinds of spreadsheets floating around. Are you sure they are only asking $250? PG&E also asks $250 for the meter but installation cost is well over $1000 - thus making it a really hard choice as well.

    Residential Solar

Are you sure solar makes sense? I've been trying to find any deals, but I can't understand how it makes sense if the break even period is more than 10 years. From what I have heard the panels have lifespan of 30 years. So in 30 years you have generated enough to recoup your investment and two...

.00304 money factor on near 800 FICO. Is it normal? So Buy!?

I believe there is additional saving on the lease as you only pay tax on the leased portion and not on the residual. This adds back about $1.3k over the life of the lease.
