I'm disappointed with Nissan as well, NOT with the car!
They should have thought on the upgradability issue. This really looks like a greedy decision from the japanese company.
This will make me go for the Model III as well. Sorry Nissan.
The car still does what it was supposed to do back in...
Anyone knows how to edit the stored destinations ??
I have 5 different destinations stored (sent from google maps)... I can't get rid of some of them, there is no option to edit them... :?

You can translate the page link from the previous post...
Anyhow, we're thinking it could be something related to the political changes that ocurred this year, since the former government was the promoter of the Electrical Mobility "new era" here, in Portugal.
This new government is focusing...
YES! Indeed!
I even brake my CI vehicle using the AC...
Is this some kind of "paranoia" ???
(...for the record, I don't have my Leaf yet...)
Hurray !!!
Correction!
Portuguese Leafers are NOT in trouble!!!
The guys who have received their Leafs have indeed received their finantial incentives.
It took time but it happened.
I'm back in the line... (let's hope the law is not changed until I receive mine :?)
Greetings from this...
I've been reading this topic and would like to ask the following:
For the very first owners / pioneers, do you feel any real degradation, I mean, do you feel now that the car is doing less miles using the same charge procedures ?
Sorry if this has been asked already, I've been away and my...
Thanks, Rake.
You're 100% right. I said I probably am going to "abandon ship" but we'll get back later, for sure... just let the storm go by...
I'm happy to say there are few of us (Tugas) who are going to stay on the boat, I know there were 3 cars delivered and some more to come soon... these...
One way or the other, it's certainly not our fault...
But, yes... that's why we became affraid we could never receive our most well deserved incentive money... speccially now that our politics is a mess.
As you may already know, our country is about to be rescued by the IMF and the European Union...
Worse austerity times are beggining to show on the horizont and, most surprisingly, Nissan has somehow changed the rules by asking us to pay the 6500 Euros in advance and wait for the government to...
I'm affraid there's gonna be several people giving up their reservations...
I'm telling this because Nissan seems to have changed the way the car was supposed to be paid.
In the agreement/order we signed, the car's final price was already subtracted the incentives our government gives to EVs...
Finally, the very first non-company Leaf was delivered, here in Portugal.
Congratulations to Mr Filipe. :D

I've been reading this post and I still wonder, could it be possible for some of the very first Leaf owners to notice any degradation in battery performance, I mean, degradation in its capacity ???
I'm sure they must have done a significant number of charge/discharge cycles...
Dear Josh, I'd do this simple test:
Use your favorite ICE car, let it drain out it's fuel almost completly, then put the same ammount of fuel into it, equivalent to an electricity full-charge in the Leaf. How many $ do you spend there for a full electricity charge ?
Take that ICE out and drive...
