I called Harrisburg PA Revenue office this morning and had that confirmed. It is federally taxable, but not state taxable.

I know this $3,500. PA rebate is taxable. Is it taxable for both federal and state? I'm not finding an answer to this anywhere?
Btw, I just talked with Billie today-- the very helpful processor of these rebates. They just finished the 500 available $3,500. rebates...
The Think may be as slow as a Model T, but I don't believe that is the criteria they go by in determining what fits the classic car category. ;)

I test drove one on Monday. Am I not remembering correctly that the steering wheel also telescopes in and out? I was also very aware of the whirring sound from the motor. There was also a pulsating sound from the brakes when and after using them. I suppose one could get used to this.

Contemplating here. I just got a quote from Travelers, $455./year full coverage. That's adding the Think as our third vehicle.
