300-mile LEAF to be Announced this Month?

I stumble upon this article online this morning which seems to indicate there is a Leaf update being displayed at this weeks Tokyo Motor Show. I've had a look online and at the Nissan Global newsroom website but can't find any other mention of it. Has anyone else heard anything or read anything...

    2019 "60 kWh" Leaf e-Plus

Not meaning to change the subject or anything, but is there a thread started somewhere about what people would like to see/expect to see in the next, third generation Leaf. For what its worth, this one simply won't be very competitive in another two years with its current design and...

It appears that the longer range Leaf may have been about to have it's European and Japanese launch. Then the arrest happened. Simultaneous 2019 Nissan Leaf event's in Amsterdam and Yokohama on the 28th of November now cancelled. There are a couple of articles around stating it was for the...

    2019 "60 kWh" Leaf e-Plus

An interesting idea someone put up on a European EV forum a couple of weeks ago that might be of interest to people on this site. Someone suggested that Nissan would keep a small interest in their battery manufacturing operations so that in the future, when Nissan moves to a new design battery...

    2019 "60 kWh" Leaf e-Plus

Small piece on the new e-plus talking about projected prices and dealers orders guide. Interesting to note they refer to a 60 kWh battery whilst most reports I have seen are universal in assuming its 64 kWh. Link...

    2019 "60 kWh" Leaf e-Plus

Australian Leaf specifications are yet to be finalised according to Nissan Australia. Expected deliveries to start March 2019. I've read some speculation on Australian EV forums that Nissan have delayed the release in order to offer the larger battery model with increased range, given...

    2019 "60 kWh" Leaf e-Plus

Over the weekend, German Nissan Leaf Facebook page started posting notices from dealers saying orders for the new e-plus will be accepted from October. The notice also said it was a 64kWh battery and had TMS. There was also a lot of chatter on the weekend on twitter for the e-plus in Eastern...

    2019 "60 kWh" Leaf e-Plus

It's already far later than most people hoped. I was excited about this Leaf, but I've moved on. Nissan really needs to get it out there this fall if they want to stay in the game." Nissan currently has the best selling electric car ever. It it is selling about 8000 new Leafs per month and...

LEAF 2 : What we know so far (2018 or later?)

No longer behind a paywall. Figures are very impressive. Definitely going to be very competitive with the TESLA model 3. I'm very impressed!! I cant figure out how to post photos here - maybe someone else can. Nice interior and exterior shots.
