No it doesn't. It could be any reasonable number of cells like 182, which would 4.1v per cell at 746v at 100% SOC. 800V is just a nice round marketing number, after all.

The 2011 and 2012 Leafs have an incorrect calculation for remaining time to full, which is displayed by some chargers. I believe it always counts down from 254 minutes. That particular problem is mostly harmless, however.
