I had an interestingly similar event last night. I use the LEAF charge timer (80% Mo-Sa, 100% Su always at 23:00) - this morning I saw an email saying that charging had stopped at 23:00 (ie, right as it started) and I only had 4/12 bars charged (same as I parked) I know that the Blink detected...

I can charge to 90% or 100% no problem - you may have set a charge schedule to only go to 80%. I do 80% 6 days a week and do a weekly 100% but if I need 100% I just hit to override button on the dash. Works fine.
