    Onboard charger replacement

I haven't been able to. The service guy was slow to respond today. Maybe he found out the same thing as you did? That would be unfortunate!

    Onboard charger replacement

Thank you! I am more leaning towards having the dealer do it. 5yr/60k warranty, if I can confirm it, will still give me 3-4 yrs of peace of mind. Just curious, does anyone else have information on the warranty after such a replacement by dealer?

    Onboard charger replacement

I need to replace the OBC on my 2011 leaf (146k miles). The current OBC has been in the car since 2015, and lasted 110k miles. I have decided to put a new one in, instead of attempting to repair it. I have two options. Dealer will charge $3k ($1.8k for part, $1.2k for labor) + tax. Told by...

    2012 LEAF won't charge.

Which dealer did you bring your car to? 2k is not bad. My 2011 is having the safe issue, and Nissan dealer here in San Diego is charging $3400 + tax to replace OBC. I know inflation has been bad for the last few years. But still. Thanks!

charging problem on a used 2011 Leaf

I purchased this 2011 SL from Carmax about 4 months ago. Because there was only 8 battery capacity bars, I was able to get a new battery from Nissan. Today, when I left work, I noticed the charging (L2) was not complete. I thought it was accidentally triggered off, and didn't pay much...
