First Public Quick Charger in Florida

The Pinecrest quick charger was previously discussed here: http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=12460&start=43" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; My wife has used it several times and it works great! The Herald did an article in Sunday's Neighbor's section...

    Florida CHAdeMO DCQC news

Ice'd! Went to Pinecrest Gardens yesterday for the farmers market and all the spots reachable by the charger where Ice'd. No signs around marking the spot(s) for EV charging, so can't blame the ICE's. Will stop by tomorrow for the ribbon cutting and recommend some signs. Or at least some movable...

I was happy with my transaction at Coral Springs Nissan back in December. A little bit of a drive from Coral Gables but within range. Michael Firestone was my sales rep, but the manager was the one that was willing to negotiate the best deal. I am actually going up there tomorrow for another "Go...

Used some my One2One for the free Nissan rental this weekend

For information about the "Go the Distance" program, contact the Nissan EV Customer Support Team at 877-664-2738. They were very helpful. I think the program expires at the end of this month for new purchases or leases, however if you buy/lease during the program period, I was told that you...

Used some my One2One for the free Nissan rental this weekend

I called Nissan EV Customer Support Team and Brenda helped me out. She said the "Go the Distance" program was still active. She called the dealership and then called me back. I need to first go to service and open up a repair order (even though there is no repair work done) and then take that to...

Used some my One2One for the free Nissan rental this weekend

Yes, I signed up for the one-to-one rewards program. But if I log into the program, the "Go the Distance" promotion item is no longer there. The dealer said that for some reason Nissan had discontinued the program. Doesn't sound fair to me.

Used some my One2One for the free Nissan rental this weekend

Tried to use one of my free rentals today and the dealer says that Nissan has discontinued the "go the distance program". Has anyone else had any success with the free rental?

2011, 2012 Nissan Leaf Leasing Information

Hi Steve, Have you tried Coral Springs Nissan? They gave me a great deal on a 2012 SL back in December. They were very willing to deal back then. Michael Firestone was the sales rep, but Doug was the one that was willing to deal.

FWIW I received this info from FPL about their EV pilot program:

Not sure, they were included in the OTD price. The tag fee was for a new tag as I didn't have a tag to transfer.

$29,500 OTD including tax, tag, dealer fees (with first oil change free )

Bought the SL. After the tax rebate, it should cost less than half the quoted lease payment. That assumes the same residual after 36 months which I doubt will hold up. Only a 3 mile commute to the office so battery capacity is not so important. How did your battery hold up over the summer?

Finally found a dealer in South Florida that wanted to deal! Most of the South Florida dealers would not budge on their prices, even with the recent nissan dealer cash incentives. I was ready to buy an SV leaf from out of state, but Doug and Michael from Coral Springs Nissan offered an SL for...
