I found that the refills for a Honda CR-V 2012 - 2016 work on the LEAF OEM blades (on a 2015 at least). The fronts are the same and the rear refill is 3" longer, but can be cut to fit. There is a 3rd party on amazon selling this as a kit. Not bad for $13 for all three. The listing isn't clear...
