I was told by my salesman, and confirmed with my quote that the cost to increase the mileage of my 24month lease from 12k to 15k or 18k was $.10/mile as opposed to the $.15/mile overage cost.
As for tiering of the overages, I don't know.

Has anyone installed the Tein dampers on a 2013 Leaf yet? I don't believe Nissan made any changes to the suspension with the "minor" model change but I'd like to confirm before dropping $1300 on coilovers. I contacted Tein but they couldn't confirm they have test fit a 2013 model.
