    Which is better PG&E plan, EL-7 or EV schedule?

    Sorry if this has been answered before (couldn't find it through search). I've had solar for many years and am on PG&E's EL-7 rate plan. Am I better off sticking with this, or would their EV rate plan be better? Thanks.
