A few reasons for me:
I want to be free and clear of any of my state/federal rebate obligations with respect to term of ownership - with no room for confusion.
I'll have a 3yr battery report (which will be terrible)
I'll have my 3yr anniversary OBDII GID readings
I'll have 3 years of...
It's going to get real interesting here real fast as the first owners hit their 3 year marks. I'm 5 weeks out myself, opt'd out, and cited most of the same issues in the objection.
..and my battery's in sad shape (not sad enough under my new warranty, though) and I don't intend to wait for...
I think it's actually worse than just being off. I think they may have re calibrated it with P3227. I have to go faster now on the speedo to go the same speed. Hmm.. 'let's just recalibrate it so that when they go the same speed they've always gone, they're able to go a little farther and...
Regen is definitely less for me. It's the one of the big reasons I opt'd out of the class action. Since P3227, I've taken a serious hit. 2/3 of my commute to work is at 65 mph downhill. I easily lose another bar just because of regen be max'd (but not allowing max regen). Seems pretty...
Definitely need more granularity.. I'm at 235 GIDs & 12 bars, 18 months, 19,000 miles... so I just helped the majority (though I'm on the verge of slipping out of the majority in both mileage and bars...)
Peeping my head above ground for this one (sorry I've been missing for a bit - life happens :) )
I had my software update yesterday along with my 1yr service... only light driving but my gut tells me two things have changed (aside from the door warning)
1. I also think the GOM is a little...
Several of us work for one of the companies in the list above and I can say that there's a good chance of us being able to do something at some point in the future - just probably not right this instant. I'll start to look into it, though...and once more Level2 chargers go in, I think it could...
Sorry to hear it as well.
I don't ever plan to Level-3 charge my Leaf. It'll take them the life of my leaf just to get a reasonable Level-2 infrastructure rolled out, IMO. I wouldn't have paid for the port... but the feds paid for it as a part of the EV Project for me.
Costco told me that the refurbished Costco (they tore down the old one, bought the lot next door, and are building a new bigger/better one) in San Marcos, CA will not be outfitted with EV chargers. Guess that means the old ones are getting trashed.
There was no option to request one. :(
got mine..now searching for the other thread about the blink login issues (since blinknetwork.com is no longer accepting my username/pass).
So much for "simply smarter"...
