AFAIK, that's not supposed to happen, and it certainly does not happen on my 2018 SV. Bluetooth goes off when I press the power button to go from Run to Off. Bluetooth stays off, and the iPhone will not connect to the car from the Settings:Bluetooth screen on the iPhone.

Yes, Nissan uses AT&T for the communication between Leafs and their servers. No matter how close your phone is to the car, the app goes through Nissan's servers.
When Climate Control is turned on remotely the Leaf does 10 minutes of ordinary heating and then 5 minutes of defrost. (This is for...
I got a 2018 SV with Cold Weather package, Quick Charge port, ePedal and ProPilot Assist two weeks ago. Interestingly, the former owner left two EVSEs in the trunk. One is the standard Nissan Level 2 EVSE but without the NEMA 14-50 to 5-15 adapter, and the other is an unbranded Level 1 EVSE...
Not going to happen. EA's 3:1 or 7:1 ratio of CCS to Chademo plugs means that electric Volkswagens, Porsches and Audis will be using CCS. Selling more electricity is less important than selling more VW cars, which EA will continue to favor over Leafs and Teslas.
One method would be to leave the Leaf's EVSE plugged in all the time, and use the Tesla's J-1772 adapter to charge the Tesla. Granted, this would be limiting the Tesla to 30 amps (Leaf EVSE max, as I understand it),
Backing the Leaf into the garage is not much of a challenge if it has Around View.
..and some SV models. I was just in a 2018 SV today that did not have the cold weather package. It had no seat heaters, no steering wheel heater and no heat pump (as confirmed by LeafSpy showing only the 1.5 kW+ of resistance heat and 0 kW of heat pump).
The term 'fluid' in physics includes both liquids and gases. Gases are certainly compressible, as the PV= part of the ideal gas law testifies. Outside of physics, fluid may be used to mean only liquids, as in "fluid ounce".
The biggest single frustration I've experienced is that the Electrify America CHAdeMo plug in Rockford, IL, doesn't work with my car. The EA CHAdeMo in Downers Grove works just fine. Rockford would be the perfect place to charge on the way to Madison.
Yes, especially given the occasional hiccup that requires replugging the charging cable. I would probably forget to reset the limit if its duration were only one charging session.
I've charged outdoors in the rain at Level 2 and DCFC. AFAIK, it's safe. Rain water is fairly pure H2O and not a good conductor of electricity, but nevertheless, I would try to introduce a minimal number of drops of rain into the plug and port.
LeafSpy has shown 14+ volts and 10+ amps for the 12V battery (which I presume means the 12V is getting charged) when in On mode while I'm charging the traction battery with J1772. I haven't looked at the 12V voltage when in On but not charging the traction battery.
