The first thing you want to try is a new, fully charged 12 volt battery. A weak or failing accessory battery could be the sole culprit, here.

Welcome. Just a guess, but I think that either one of the cooling pumps has gotten noisy, or the cooling fan has.

Yes, it is. And if you turn the car in in Winter, you can do so with snow tires, as long as it's a full set that isn't worn out.

Mis-torqued axle bolts area a known issue with the Gen I Leaf - and the Gen II is about 70% the same car. I'm not sure if they are experiencing the same frequency of occurrence, though.

Welcome. The range estimator uses more than just battery capacity to estimate range. It also uses recent and past driving efficiency, which vary. I'll add that because WD-40 is a solvent but not a permanent lubricant, the terminals should be greased when reconnected.
