Having only one vehicle I just turned in my 2012 Volt for a new lease on a 2014. Same color, base model, save about $70 per month on this lease.

I am so sorry to hear about the thoughtless Volt owners. It's purely a selfish act to take up a charger for the day when you have an alternative. I charge at home only.

for two years I have been very happy with my Volt. One evening I got a call from the GF & had to meet her some 200 miles away. This was at 11:30 pm, no problem. Just jumped into the Volt (my only vehicle) and was there in a jiffy. Not sure where I would have found a rental car at that time...

mileage wouldn't be a problem as I have 7500 miles on a two year old Volt. As you can tell, the gas engine rarely gets used and I really like to have a new vehicle every two to three years..... :mrgreen:

on my last year of the lease and wondering just what will be available at the end of September 2014? A 2015 Volt? Still the 2014? Any major changes in the Leaf? Will the Chevy Spark be available? (Florida) Will the Smart ED be available? :roll:

I am in the middle of burning off a 1/2 tank right now. Totally ruined my MPG's but so what? When I leased the Volt I told them to only give me a half tank (not the same half).... I'm going to take it down pretty far and maybe put $10 in. My lease should be up befor this happens again...

Brightonuk, that's so funny because my Volt is constantly in "sport" mode and I swear that I'll be lucky to get through the three years without a ticket..... :shock:
