To my knowledge CHAdeMO can only charge up to 50kw? Most of the new BEV's are able to charge at higher rates. I am all for standardization. I also read where EVGO DC chargers will now offer Tesla charging connectors. I also own one of the VW diesel-gate Passats and it operated flawless.

I noticed you are in BC, are the non Tesla chargers more difficult to come by? Electrify America here in the states along with EV Go and Charge Point are making a pretty good push for DC fast charging IMHO.

I read this morning that if you purchase a new Chevy Bolt they will pay to have a Level 2 charger and equipment installed at your home. There is a certain date you must purchase by and it only covers "standard installation."

I know here in Central PA a lot of the dealers are just buying used cars at auction to put on their lots. And the Tesla has a lot of fan boys with younger buyers who probably don't want a Leaf.

Started having problems yesterday with EV Connect app. It would say it would not connect. This morning it tells me my username and password are not correct. Anyone else having this issue?

My wife and I road-tripped the Leaf this weekend for a day trip. We completed two fast charges and air temps were in the 40-50 degree range and battery temp never went about 1/2. I am certain it may be different in the summer, but I don't plan to road trip it that much.
