These posts are old but I'm wondering if this is still a problem for others. I have a 2013 S model and had the condenser replaced two years ago and still had to take it back twice before they finally got it working. Now, in the middle of summer, the AC went out again and I've had to take it...

I assume software updates are part of warranty service? If so, one should be able to just go and say "update all issues" and move on can't we? Or do we have to buy something to get them? Good point.

Only caveat would be software updates. I have a 2013 S which had the PDM problem. I definitely want to have the software updates and it's worth the price of a tire rotation from the dealer.

Just picked up on this thread. Since I'm in Tucson, I noticed the air wasn't blowing cold last February. Luckily, it was fixed then so I didn't have the air go out in the summer, which can be brutal here. It took three trips to the dealer to get it right, since they replaced the compressor...

Got the car back after 10 days at the shop. They put in a new PDM and claimed it took so long because it was the first one they had to replace. So far so good, although I've only charged it three times since getting it back. We'll see.

Same problem. 2013 S worked fine for a month or so, then wouldn't take a charge. The yellow EV problem indicator light illuminated, but went off next time I turned the car on. I tried charging from a different charger, a Blink at my work garage, but it didn't charge and again the warning...
