Just used Leaf Spy Lite for the first time and this was my readout: I expected the SOH to be much higher in a new Leaf. Should I be concerned about this? What were other folks initial reads? Thanks!

Try a different dealer. I got the same story when looking for my white Leaf. "Amazingly", another dealer was able to find one in 1 day and at the same price. Dealers want to sell you their own stock and not deal with trades etc. Find a willing dealer and you'll find your white leaf.

Thanks for this thread! I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but I could not figure this out. The Nissan instructions are terrible. I too thought my car was not capable of delaying the charge time until I found this thread! Thanks again!

I just did the EVSEupgrade and I'm very pleased. Saved about $200 over any other installation and had the EVSE back within two days.

Thanks for the replies. I'm working with the dealer to see if there's an adjustable headrest from another model that will fit the Leaf's seat. My wife is too tall for raising the headrest to be an option. Modifying it will be my last resort if I can't find a replacement. I'll report back...

Happy new Leaf owner here! BUT. My wife says the headrest angle is too far forward for her. Turning the headrest around is too far in the other direction. I'm wondering if there's an adjustable headrest from another Nissan that might work? Forum search came up empty.

I don't suppose the wiring for defeating the external sounds is still there in the 13/14 model even though the button isn't? It would be just too easy if I could just install a button and plug it in...

Thanks for all the great responses. Love this board. Ended up going with the 6/3 + ground cable with the RV style outlet. I'll use the EVSEUpgrade adapter for the twist lock. Thanks guys!
