Called nissan and basically they refuse to do anything without giving out that info. So much for privacy... *UPDATE* DEALER insisted wife had to go enter credentials, but she got a call that "it's done" So much for "its impossible for them to replace it without the credentials"

Local dealer is refusing to do the work unless I give him the account info for nissan. Anyone else run into this?

It is not BENT! Got it back and other than less regen (due to the reprogram) It appears it is as it was! YAY!

Update: The dealer and the body shop never bothered to check to see if the unibody was tweaked, they just replaced parts and called it good if they could get it 4 wheel aligned. When the Body shop told me that they had trouble getting the bumper to hang right I requested they check the car on...

Don't think it was the half shaft, it was already ripped out by then and dragging on the ground. As it took a hard enough hit to shear off the lower control arm, good chance that the Unibody is bent near the top of the strut... As to tire pressure, Nissan recommended...

Owned. As to tread, 35 mph any vehicle can hydroplane. LRR tires are not at good for eliminating it as others.

Maybe if it were a newer leaf, it wouldn't have crumbled as easily? :P (or maybe the wrong color? A green leaf wouldn't have ;) ) It's just a car, keep reminding myself of that...

Kinda torn on what way I would prefer it to go. If it didn't bend the unibody and it will align again I hope they can fix it, it has been a great car. BUT, if the unibody got bent at all... :(

Thanks! Good news is that I wasn't ticketed for failure to maintain control, the police have seen it happen too. I think the LRR tires didn't help me at all tho... :(

Stats: 2015 with 7k on it (all Phoenix driving :) ) Still at 12 bars... Insurance guy said that the value is around 15k and to total it would be 11-12k so with the open items, might get there... :(
